Made Muslim Provides worldwide shipping to most countries from Australia. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day on a 3-7 days delivery within Australia, delivery expected date may be different for international shipping, 7 - 21 days.
In Australia, Made Muslim provides FREE DELIVERY for order over AU$60, there will be AU$6.95 surcharge for orders under AU$60. For international shipping, a $14.99 AU surcharge applied for order under AU$60, and FREE DELIVERY for orders above AU$60.
RETURN POLICY
Made Muslim is a premium muslim-owned clothing brand to provide our customers qualified and affordable items. However, there can be some errors and defects that do not meet our customer expectations. To fix this situation and regain your confidence in us, we accept exchanges and returns, conditions applied.
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges or returns unless the item you purchased is defective, and for being applicable for a refund, the item must not be physical damaged. The item must be retuned in the same packaging and conditions as how it was shipped. You are eligible to apply for a refund claim within 7 days after receiving the product.

Your refund will be processed to your bank account within 48 hours by your original payment method after we received and approved the item, and you also will be notified of approval or rejection of your request.
However, we also accept exchange to a new item in the same conditions, if the item is manufactural defective and unused only. Additional cost will be applied for exchanging to a higher priced item.
